Il y a quelques semaines nous vous avions averti au sujet d’un bug qui touchait les possesseurs de disques dur externes western digital [...] toutefois il semblerait que western digital apporte une première réponse à ce problème en proposant un correctif pour un de ses logiciels utilitaires qui sont livrés avec les disques durs : wd smartware , en effet ceux ci étaient victimes d’une perte de toutes les données stockées pour les personnes qui avaient installé la mise à jour vers mavericks / ainsi les utilisateurs peuvent à nouveau utiliser sans crainte cet outil pour gérer les données sur les périphériques de la marque | cependant nous n’avons aucune information concernant les deux autres logiciels de la marque à savoir wd drive manager et wd raid manager ; Bien entendu cette mise à jour ne vous permettra pas de récupérer les données que vous avez perdues mais vous pourrez à nouveau les stocker sur vos disques durs externes sans craindre qu’elles ne se volatilisent à nouveau.
