Devant l'euphorie générée autour de cette alternative aux réseaux p2p et aux différentes plateformes de téléchargement légales universal est sortis de son mutisme au travers d'un communiqué de presse afp [...] le portail deezer , com permettant aux internautes d'écouter gratuitement un catalogue de près de 250 000 morceaux est ces derniers jours en plein centre de l'actualité médiatique / jusqu'à présent deezer | com a obtenu l'accord de la sacem organisation chargée de défendre les intérêts des artistes pour la diffusion des morceaux présents sur ses serveurs ; il reste maintenant à se mettre d'accord avec les différentes sociétés de production : la major y expose tout simplement son profond désaccord avec la philosophie de deezer et accuse ce dernier d'exploiter illégalement ses morceaux : "aucun accord d'utilisation de notre catalogue n'a été signé avec le site deezer [...] Com" universal signal donc avoir demandé à deezer de retirer les morceaux de son catalogue présents sur ses serveurs.
Si la demande n'est pas satisfaite la major menace d'entreprendre "toutes les actions qu'elle jugera utiles auprès de l'éditeur du site et des sociétés qui en font la promotion" / on est toutefois en droit de se demander si cette riposte d' universal n'est pas liée au récent lancement de l'offre de... Vous en avez sans doute entendu parler dernièrement universal a annoncé vouloir distribuer son catalogue musical sans aucun drm [...] le coup de force étant qu'itunes devrait être le seul magasin en ligne à être exclu de l'offre , ceci pour une raison assez simple : essayer de modifier le rapport de force actuel / itunes possède en effet aujourd'hui plus de 70 % du marché de la musique en ligne ce qui lui permet de dicter sa propre politique tarifaire aux majors | toutefois il faut savoir cette absence de restriction numérique ne sera pas lancée dans la jungle du net sans aucune protection ; wired : com révèle ainsi que chaque morceau distribué sera marqué par une empreinte audio inaudible par l'oreille humaine mais qui permettra de remonter jusqu'à l'acheteur du fichier [...] Ainsi un acheteur mettant à disposition son morceau sur un réseau p2p devrait donc être identifiable plus facilement.

Dans la mouvance des autres grands studios de production universal music vient de lancer la vente de morceaux totalement dépourvus de drm [...] une initiative pour le moins surprenante pour le studio le plus farouchement opposé à la notion d'interopérabilité , pour l'opération c'est le nouvel album live d'émilie simon qui a été choisit / de plus cet album sera disponible en deux formats différents : wma protégé avec drm et mp3 libre sans drm | pour la première fois sont donc mis en concurrence les morceaux interopérables et ceux drmisés sur un même album et une même plate forme ; Une initiative intéressante qui permettra de comparer efficacement quel type de distribution aura eu le plus de succès.

universal mobile vient d'annoncer qu'il lancera le 13 novembre prochain une nouvelle plate forme de téléchargement illimité via le site buzzmusic [...] fr , c'est le premier site à proposer ce service en france / Mais l'écoute des morceaux ne poura se faire que grâce à l'achat obligatoire du nouveau baladeur de marque neo fabriqué par mca technology.

Après être passés en universal binaries pour macos x tiger le nouveau ilife'06 suivis de la mise a jour de logic pro 7.
Depuis le passage d'apple vers les proccesseurs intel les mises à jour se succèdent pour les logiciels de la marque , 2 / c'est désormais final cut studio qui change et passe en version 5 | 1 ; on connait l'importance des logiciels vidéo d'apple pour les professionnels : ceux ci se de la lenteur de la transition apple leur répond ainsi de la meilleur des façon [...] final cut studio 5 , 1 est disponible au prix de 1299? mais une mise à jour pour les possesseurs de l'ancienne version est aussi disponible pour 49? / comme une bonne nouvelle n'arrive jamais seule aperture devrait être disponible dans sa version 1 | 1 courant avril ; apple annonce déja que pour les macbook pro le gain de vitesse sur le logiciel serait de 2 : 5x Aprè Lire la suite

Dès le 10 avril prochain la version anglaise d' universal devrait lancer un tout nouveau service de vidéo on demand [...] celui ci devrait se baser sur un principe assez original : deux versions du film seront disponibles à la vente : une version consultable sur un ordinateur une autre destinée aux appareils mobiles , et lorsque qu'un client passe commande en plus de l'une de ces deux versions il recevra le dvd du film / les tarifs seront fixés entre 9 99£ environ 15? et 19 99£ environ 30? selon les films | Les deux versions numériques seront utilisables sans limite dans le temps.
